Year Round Fun Project for Everyone

Hygiene packs are a great need in nearly all the areas where we send containers and shipments.  These packs will be a blessing to children all over the world.  In 2011 we sent over 1000 hygiene packs to the Middle East.  Feel free to share this project with your church, friends, family, or anyone!  If you want to see the list with details on how to prepare one click here....

Family Ministry

Lily and Elise were raised by missionary parents. They grew up in a dangerous area where people were shot and killed on a daily basis and children were taken away from their parents and forced to serve in rag-tag armies. The girls ministered alongside their parents in a variety of ways until one day the family discovered that someone wanted them all dead. Lily and Elise followed their parents to the airport, hiding behind garbage cans and anything else that would provide them cover along the way. The family escaped to Florida, which provided a place of refuge for a time, but it wasn't long before God called them back to their native country to serve the war-torn people. Saying goodbye...

Rebuilding Families

It is widely known that AIDS is a huge problem in Africa. Advancing Native Missions partners with a ministry in Kenya that believes AIDS is not the primary problem. According to ministry leader Tom Malande, the real problem in Africa is that families are breaking down and AIDS is merely one of the many symptoms. Tom and his wife created Family Impact Ministries with the goal of building (or rebuilding) families and bringing radical transformation to people of all ages. A Story of Compassion from Rehoboth

Here is a story from someone who recently visited Rehoboth Home: I would like to tell you about one little family that illustrates the need and compassion found at Rehoboth. One day while at Rehoboth, a slight woman named Shanti came to speak to Malliga, the ministry leader. She appeared to be about 30 years old, was wearing a blue sari and had a countenance that could not hide her deep sadness. Later Malliga explained to us that Shanti was afflicted with AIDS from her deceased husband and was growing weaker. She had already visited three times, begging to have her children accepted into the safety of Rehoboth before she died. Malliga had been deferring the decision as it was an awkward time...
