A project anyone can do

when giving please indicate which ministry you would like to help: 1, 2, 3 or 4

You may collect items for Forex boxes which ANM sends quarterly to several different ministries in the Philippines.  The boxes are 20” x 17” x 23” and only cost $95.00 to ship from our door to theirs, regardless of weight!  You may collect items, pay to ship a box, or do the whole project.  Please be sure to indicate which ministry you are helping.

Ministry 1 – Aeta Bible Study Center

Items Needed: rice, canned fish, corned beef, Vienna sausages, sardines, canned fruits, noodles, crackers, dried raisins, dried fruit, shoes (black or leather shoes for their school uniforms, and children’s tennis shoes, and sandals), twin bed sheets, towels, bath soaps, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, dishwashing liquids, children’s vitamins, children’s cough and cold medicines, vitamin C and B complex, school book bags, notebooks, pads of paper, pens, school supplies, and umbrellas

These items will be distributed to the Aeta children and in nearby villages among the hills and mountains.  The Aeta children are lower class aborigines who are denied basic necessities in their society.  This ministry reaches out to them with the love of Christ through a children’s home, school, and medical clinic.

Ministry 2 – Church Builders Ministry

Items Needed: kitchen utensils, bath soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, children’s t-shirts, towels, twin sheets and blankets, canned fish, corned beef, Vienna sausage, sardines, canned fruits, children’s tennis shoes, children’s songs on CD’s (no VHS tapes, please), children’s medicines and vitamins, and extension cords.

This preschool ministry reaches needy children and their parents who bring them to school and wait during class time. As the parents are reached for Christ, the school buildings are used as a church building on Sundays. The ministry leader is sought after to provide many needs of these families.

Ministry 3 – Philippine Gospel Association – (Maghaway Children’s Outreach)

Items Needed: construction/colored paper, paste and glue, children’s scissors, ruler, pencils, pencil sharpener, bond paper, crayons, coloring books, children’s storybooks, colored pencils, ballpoint pens, writing pads, children’s songs on CD’s and children’s veggie tales on DVD’s (no VHS tapes, please), powdered drinks such as: milk, chocolate, juice, and tea, children’s flip flops, backpacks, plastic cups for juices and milk, cups for hot chocolate, cake/cupcake/cornbread mixes, canned fruits, crackers, washcloths. 

This ministry operates on faith and is dedicated to helping needy children.
